As a Qualiopi certified academic organism, we train clients for the vocation of professional coach, we teach the use of high performing tools (CCTI^®, Typecoach) and the use of powerful methods (Intelligence of Self^®and Intelligence of We^®).

The tools and methods taught in the academy are practiced and updated during the missions that our academy facilitators undertake within client organisations.

Our teaching and its related research enable us to be contributors to the

profession of coach as per its definition in the EMCC charter.
