Every team coaching process is tailored to the specific team needs.
- To begin with, we align with the manager to discover the team, define its objectives, its needs and its challenges.
- We discuss with the manager and members of the team in order to cement the alliance, validate objectives and the overarching framework of the coaching process.
- Individual interviews between each member of the team and our coach are held over several days.
- Feedback about the experience and adjustments.
