Supervision
The supervision of certified coaches, teachers and facilitators.
Osiris supervision division is independent of the Osiris Academy and open to
all coaching approaches.
Our goal is to contribute to the professionalization of coaching services as a
whole. Our will is to propose an energizing and reassuring supervision where the individual can enhance his/her deployment as a coach. The supervision is centred around the coaching process itself, without allegiance to any specific approach.
Why being supervised?
Supervising a coach is inviting him/her to elaborate a “better” version of their current
“coach-state”.
Being supervised is:

✔Allowing oneself a break to recharge
✔ Opening oneself to being confronted and comforted
✔ Offering guarantees to one’s clients
Re-examine one’s professional practice
Contract, process, framework, stance, ethics
To gain perspective from client situations

The terms of Osiris’ Supervision division:
Two types of supervision are possible:
Individual supervision
It allows for reflexivity in a safe and intimate environment.
Collective supervision
It allows for the practice of the act of coaching with peers.
To better accompany you, our certified supervisors team takes heed of the PSF, the
Professional Supervisors Federation’s code of conduct and ethics and leans on the
expertise of EMCC and ICF referenced supervisors.
Supervision sessions
In attendance (in Paris or Toulouse) or remotely according to how the groups are
formed:
Individual supervision
Session duration : 1h00-1h30
Session pricing : 220,00 € BT + 20 % VAT
- Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the agreed time will be charged.
- Postponing is possible up to 24 hours before the agreed time.
Collective supervision
Bundle of 6 collective sessions
Session duration : 3h30 (spread out between 6-8 weeks)
Bundle pricing : 1 080,00 € BT + 20 % VAT
Hybrid supervision
Bundle of 5 collective sessions
Session duration : 3h30
3 one hour individual sessions (spread out over 6-8 weeks)
Bundle pricing : 1 350,00 € BT+ 20% VAT
- Additional sessions not included in the bundle will be charged.
We issue a supervision agreement or a certificate of completion on request and according to the number of sessions completed.
