The course’s objective is to integrate the entirety of the organisation’s management population into its transformations in a homogenous way with the help of our three key pillars; self-awareness, managerial skills, ambassador of the organisation’s values and purpose.

Osiris’ “Management of Self and others” program combines self work and the progress of one’s managerial know-how.
This course leans on a pedagogy that alternates between practice, creativity, individual and collective session work both in attendance and in distance learning in order to accommodate every participant and properly anchor their study.
1. This process is thrust forward by the CEO and the executive committee through the embodiment of an ambition, distilled from a purpose and a corporate vision; and of a meaningful project for the collective.
