Osiris’ “Management of Self and others” program combines self work and the progress of one’s managerial know-how.

This course leans on a pedagogy that alternates between practice, creativity, individual and collective session work both in attendance and in distance learning in order to accommodate every participant and properly anchor their study.

1. This process is thrust forward by the CEO and the executive committee through the embodiment of an ambition, distilled from a purpose and a corporate vision; and of a meaningful project for the collective.

2. Then comes the setting in motion of the executives and managers; to inspire, influence and mobilize an organisation or a team with the aim of reaching certain objectives by being an ambassador of corporate culture.
